Our management company, chosen for being so close to our villa will supply you with the
keys and anything else you require to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Pool heat - If you require the pool to be heated, our management company can do this for you and will charge you on a daily basis (min 3 days).
Meet and Greet - $40 for 1 person, $20 for each additional person at Orlando International airport (prices can be subject to change without notice).
Welcome food pack - $32 (non taxable), includes half a gallon of milk , half a gallon of orange juice, 1 loaf of bread, butter, eggs, jelly, cereal, salt and pepper, sugar, soda , crisps, tea bags and instant coffee.
In-house safes - $2 per day plus $20 refundable key deposit.
Rollaway bed - $35 per week.
Mid-week clean - $46 (includes tax).
Daily clean service - $27 per day (includes tax).
Outgoing guest fax - $1 per page sent.
Incoming guest fax - $1 per page recieved.
Office safes - $2 per day plus $20 refundable key deposit.
Late check out - $50 - request only - within 24 hours prior to date of departure.
Early check in - $50 - request only - with front desk on the date of arrival.
